It's so incredibly important to stay physically strong and healthy! My chosen method of staying physically fit is via dance. I have done and currently do: Hip hop, ballet, jazz, silk areal, contemporary, lyrical and salsa. Staying in shape does NOT have to be boring!!! Crank up the music and find your talent!
It's not just about staying strong physically, but mentally too. Some ways that I stay strong mentally is exercising my brain via reading books, writing (journaling counts), writing poetry, and always reaching out when I need help. There have a couple of people I rely and depend on for strength who are my go to's and supporters.
Prayer and mediation are ways that help me stay spiritually fit. I wear a cross, at times, to remind me there's a bigger plan than mine. Meditation is a great way to listen. I prefer to put on mediation music and relax. Easy way to remember both of these: Prayer is asking, meditation is listening.
I'm a vegetarian and also lactose intolerant. This makes diet a bit tricky but it's so doable! I have been vegetarian since I was 8 years old. I recently discovered I was lactose intolerant 3 years ago when I was 10 years of age. My body, due to what I choose to put into it for fuel, craves healthy now!
